The nature of digital media means that once you have downloaded courses, plugins or themes, or any other digital materials there’s really no way to ‘return’ it. No refunds will be given except in the case when the digital product is completely unusable.
If the digital product is unusable, we need a maximum of 7 business days to fix it after the refund request. Otherwise, we will make a refund within 10 business days when you submitted the refund request.
